Pressing of the whole grapes with selection of the fair must, fermentation and refinement in stainless steel until drawing. Refermentation in the bottle with a minimum of 24 months on the lees.
Colour: bright coral pink. Perlage: fine and persistent. Aroma: aromas of small red fruits, currants and strawberries and delicate hints of almond and bread crust. Taste: fresh, fine, with good acidity.
