Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel at controlled temperature for about fifteen days. Elevage in French oak barriques for 5-6 months.
Ruby red with slightly purplish highlights. Intense and pleasant bouquet and aroma of red fruits, ripe cherries, with a spicy finish of pepper and cinnamon. The taste is round and harmonious and very pleasant.
