Caudium means tail, and the tail of fox has its area of election Cirignano, farmhouse of Montesarchio in the foothills. A Cirignano the vine grows in difficult areas, poor, without soil, on steep slopes of the Moselle or the Val d'Aosta. Viticulture extreme. The label is a shrine of the '700.

Organoleptic description

Yellow background of white paper, fresh acidity, mineral taste of flint, clear notes and persistent plum jam.


The label is a ceramic of a votive chapel in 1600 representing the souls of the damned, in a small niche under Mount Taburno.
